Our policy is in accordance with our consumer law obligations and we will exchange, replace and refund items if they are faulty, do not fit the description or do not serve the purpose they have been purchased for. Please contact us in writing in regards to any problems as soon as possible, and provide a copy of the purchase receipt too, thank you. Retain all the original packaging and returning the products will be at your cost and the return address is AromaPetology PO Box 497, Bassendean, WA, 6054. Also please choose wisely as we will not except returned items or provide a refund if you have changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, misuse of the product causing damage and the product has been used for a very long time resulting in usual wear and tear.

We aim to ship your goods via Australia Post, in Australia only within 3 business days once receipt of your payment has been made. Please factor in a shipping period of at least 7 working days for Australia Post and all items will be sent by registered mail for tracking purposes and confirmation they had been received personally. Orders up to 500 grams (maximum of 10 pieces), registered mail a flat rate of $10 orders up to 3kg by registered mail $15.  If you have a specific date by which you require the items please let us know as at an additional cost we have an Express Post option available. Once you have placed your order and payment is confirmed we will email you to confirm your order and dispatch. PPlease contact us prior to placing an order if you wish to discuss postage and handling prices or would like to collect items directly from our store, thank you.
